By creating an account or using Deetigo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Using Deetigo
Deetigo provides Chinese language learning, calligraphy practice, dictation, stories, and related interactive features. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access when an account is used to abuse the service, interfere with other learners, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
3. Learning content
Deetigo content is provided for educational purposes. Learning results, AI feedback, pronunciation guidance, and generated recommendations may contain mistakes and are not a substitute for professional, academic, or legal advice.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, prices, renewal terms, and available features are shown at checkout. Payment providers process transactions under their own terms. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, completed purchases are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Deetigo or its content. You may not upload material that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or intended to compromise another person’s account or device.
6. Intellectual property
Deetigo, its branding, software, original lessons, interfaces, and other materials are owned by Deetigo or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of its content.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Deetigo reliable, but the service may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deetigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and contact
